The owner of the property assumes all responsibility for renter/tenant and all collection of any determined fees, deposits, or any other moneys. Lessors and lessees of rental properties should negotiate all terms and agreements between themselves.
MaineToday.com assumes all submitted materials are free from copyright restrictions and the advertiser/owner/property manager holds proper permission to distribute stated materials. MaineToday.com will not accept any copyrighted materials without express written permission for public distribution. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their web pages.
MaineToday.com assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of advertisements on this web site, nor the condition of property, nor the character of the owner. It is the responsibility of the potential renter and strongly recommended to ascertain the validity of each property. Obtain terms and conditions in writing. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Please allow one business day for us to review your listing and set up your property web page once we have received your photos. Subsequent revisions are also subject to the review process and will be approved or denied within one business day. We reserve the right not to publish material that is in appropriate or not relevant to the vacation rental. We will email you confirmation of your property listing and your web page address for viewing.
If you choose the monthly billing option, your credit card will be automatically be charged on the first day of the month. To cancel your monthly billing (and your listing/s), log in and follow directions for cancellation.
If you choose the annual fee option, you can cancel your listing at any time, but no part of your payment will be refunded.
Listings are property specific and non-transferable.
